How can I figure out the DR and UR of Ahrefs and what are the difference between Moz PA and DA metrics. Which is better and Why it's better!

Never used Moz with PRO subscription. I only used to check da and pa.
Ahrefs is the best tool that I have ever tried in SEO.
It's good in finding backlinks. Also, has a quick rate of crawling them.
Can be used for keyword research.
It gives extremely helpful details about your competitors
That's all. I would surely go for ahrefs.

Ahrefs is way better than Moz. Ahrefs kinda fast in crawling. MOZ doesn't come close in any way with their poor database.

I agree with the concensus that ahrefs is better. I do like moz when looking for link opportunities, because their index is smaller, but seem to show the "higher quality" links.
if you have to choose 1, I'd go with Ahrefs.

Ahrefs is the best one and well worth your money. It's good for finding competitor's backlink profile and helps to build your own backlinks.You can also perform keyword research and monitor your position on Search engines using this. It's easy to use and the features are many.

Ahrefs has a far larger database & crawling frequency compared to Moz. Ahrefs shits on Moz.

MOZ is strong on an analytical part, Well balanced toolset covering content, KW tracking, Offsite, and technical SEO considerations etc, but MOZ backlink part is not the best tool because MOZcape web index is monthly thing…

I don't know empirically which is better but I do have data on Ahrefs being relevant. I integrated Ahrefs into the next update of my software (to be released in about 2 weeks). I would love to integrate Moz and Majestic but they would need to provide free access to develop the integration... but I would be happy to give all three equal coverage in my software and content marketing.
Here are some ahrefs correlations for the search term "DUI lawyer Los Angeles"
There are a lot more factors, but clearly you can see their data can be used to figure out what helps you rank well for your keywords. It just takes a lot of effort to do the analysis manually.
Again Moz and Majestic... I'd LOVE to integrate you guys too, but I'm not going to pay a fortune to sell your stuff... you have to meet me part way and provide developer access.
