Again Someone Hack Google Algo

Recently I come to this site and he is redirecting all of his users to other sites for Ads revenue. In just 20 days his site gained 400K traffic. Have a look at the site

It is not again, it works for 2-3 years.

Since Ahrefs' recent update, their traffic estimates don't really translate to reality, and you'll be seeing some massive inflation of numbers.
As for the domain, it's nothing new, this sort of stuff has been rife for years as @Turbo B. said. As you've found this one in the wild, with currently good indexing and no cloaking of Google's cache, now is the time for you to pick it apart and look for ideas/methods you can use.
