I am wondering: are all direct aff links forbidden from Facebook? Can I advertise some aff links directly or not? What is your experience?

You'll get raped. Eventually. Even with cloakers and such. You may get approved, though ads will eventually get turned off and if repeated, a ban.
Facebook will crack down on you much faster these days. Good if you are doing churn and burn offers or services that you can make $$$ quick with.

Thanks for quick answer. So I have to make landing page and then aff links - is this the only way to fix this problem?

Don't do direct links to affiliates. Make a landing page and have a button and Content Locker which has the affiliate details. Facebook will ban your account if you use direct ones. They usually crackdown within 48 hours and if you're spending a lot than they'll crackdown sooner.

DL works only when the URL isn't abused or blacklisted on FB.

If I were you, I would use a LP instead for facebook ads.
