I am running adwords for a long time but not for CPA. I want to know how am i able to get this work without getting banned by affiliate network.
1. In my cloaker is ok to put for money page CPA link? There will be a problem with the affiliate network because they will see the referrer and if they access my cloaked domain(safe page) will see the redirect. I think this is not good.
2. Second ideea is to use converted CPA link with a tracker like Voluum and double meta refresh and put as the money page. In this way affiliate network will not see referrer(my safe page).
3. Third ideea was to create a money page where visitors redirected by cloaked domain will have to click on the banners and affiliate links. In this case is there anyway that affiliate network see my safe page?
For exemple: in adwords ads link will be safe page(cloaked) from there redirect to money page where visitors have to click on the affiliate links. As i know they only see as referrer my money page.
Affiliate network is maxb.
