Hello i am having issue with my all adwords accounts, they are suspending, even i am using cloaker and good landing pages. I am using threshold accounts i got them in bulk, can anyone help me why this is happening ? is this issue to all?

payment method which u using on any adwords account has to be clean no vcc no fake bank attached with real ip no change in it

If you BH - everytime you need to change everything: domain, mail, IP (or VM), payment method

Are you still able to use threshold accounts?
 
Same problem with me but one of my Adword spend more then $300 in. Threshold of $350
