Adding Facebook Friends ... Harder Then Ever

Hi good people .
I would love to hear from you facebook marketers that live and breathe with facebook for years now ,on how are you dealing with all the facebooks restrictions on adding friends and getting followers of your FB pages and groups.
I'm trying and looking for holes not to be flagged as a spamer and the account (or page/group) beeing blocked . It seems harder then ever to "add" people (email lists ... ) .I doubt that facebook is dead ... i know you guys that live with it know the little secrets of "fouling" the facebook algorithm.
Brag here a little your techniques and tricks are highly apriciated

-Join a bunch of groups,Make sure the profile looks legit,The more info and pics the less suspicious people will be.
-Use a friend mass adder w/roadblock detection functionality
-Post trendy content
-This is very simple just use your imagination.
(everything i do is automated,i dont even use the mass adder,All i did was join a few groups and i get like 25-50 requests a day on 1 of my test accounts)

I accepted an invitation from a really hot chick today--turns out she or he is really a marketer. This is how they suckered me in: the person liked a really popular page that I liked, then they sent me a nice message stating this fact. They then asked if I fancied adding them. Because she was very hot, I bit the bait.

I haven't tried it myself, but when I clicked on the persons wall, I noticed that lots of people (mostly men) were thanking her (or him ) for the invite.

It could work.

If your profile really looks a good one and if you have joined groups too, then adding friends will not be a difficult task...try this out and I am sure your issue will be resolved..

Facebook is a social networking site, to be a part of this network you must be social. Update your profile with interesting videos. Create an album and upload some current affairs cartoons and pics and do some activity in your concern persons page. You will get a lot of friends in the near future.

The only method to me is posting to those zynga games fan pages. The good thing is that you will get easy lot of people, the bad part is that most of them are spammed to hell and are from Arab countries.

Sorry for the noob question, but I haven't really heard of the "joining groups" strategy before...How exactly does joining groups get people to request you...?
