Are you talking about your page titles that appear at the top of a page or tab? Google's generation of page titles is automated and it may be that it does not recognize text in all caps or converts it to lower case by default. Try just using upper case at the beginning of words and you should be fine.

Yeah, use upper case at the beginning of each word and you will be fine.
Another reason why Google can change your title is if you are targeting multiple keywords per page and your title isn't reading that particular keyword, it could modify it to fit the search result.

If this is not a result from uppercase, please make sure that the titles are unique, compelling and relevant to every page, your title is not a duplicated title.

it sometimes changes my homepage title to just my company name... no keywords nothing. very weird. does it do something like that for you?
