just curious what kind of backlinks did you purchase? i also am running a blog with a email opt in and would like to give backlinks a shot. thanks in advance

I am not sure if showing Adsense in floating is against G00Gle's TOC but I think I read it somewhere that you can't show adds in floating. I think you should check on that, do update us also if you find that it is doable.

Hey everyone, sorry for the absence!
I've been super busy, but the blog is doing great
I spent a total of $3000 and am now earning between $400 and $500 / month in adsense.
As far as the floating adsense situation, the entire sidebar scrolls with the page. The adsense code is just right in the center.

Sounds to me that you're creating overhead and over thinking things. And, I've used Freelancer.com, can't really say anything good about that marketplace. It's about 95% scammers.. Good luck and if you want to talk about a working method PM me. Don't waste your money!
