350 Domains + JV Partner to Monetize = $$$

Hello,
I am in domain parking business and i buy domains in bulk like 300-500 per batch registration.
This JV offer is about 350+ domains which are about to expire in next 2-3 months, So i am looking for Best way to monetize and make some cash before these domains expired.

Here are few Ideas i see we can go for

1. We can build some niche specific website or put some quick contents over these domains and run some cheap traffic to generate adsense income.

2. Domain Parking omains are already used for parking with 2 companies, one is godaddy and other i cant share publicly, but they are still clean domains so we can put these in any other parking company and cash out before they die.

3. We might build up some private network and put some link to build a private blog network.
and use for link juice. (SEO Guy can suggest if it can be work or not, this is not my expert area).

4. Domains could be use as churn burn domains (Any CPA guy can see if there is any potential to work like this).

above are few ideas i have in mind but list can go on

To give you feedback at suggestion 3, it's not good for a PBN as it's better to use quality expired domains that already have good BL's to it and even then it requires a BIG investment for hosting as you need a lot of clean IP's with good hosting and invest in quality articles.

Suggestion 1, 2-3 months is not a whole lot of time to create good niche sites that will be approved by google adsense and generate enough traffic to get a good ROI vs the cost of registration, hosting, articles.

Suggestion 2 I don't get it, how will you cash out when moving em to a different Parker?

4 is a viable option however why wouldn't I use my own domains for that?

Here is my suggestion, make a list of the best domains with their niche potential, as you said they are clean I assume you bought em for the regular price, and sell em off for slightly more than you purchased em for.

Or

Hold on to your best domain names a little longer, build and grow some SM around them like IG, FB fanpage, Twitter whichever you like and then sell the domains including the SM profiles.

Out of curiosity, sounds like you tried out the whole domain parking thing and it didn't go as you would've liked it to be?

Thanks for your input Billy, I am doing domain parking stuff since 2011 or so , all i can say on your question is, yes i have used those domains in parking already, there is something called failisted or mark domains which cant be used further (in case of failisted), these domains are already marked in godaddy internal system so i cant use it anymore with godaddy, i have already made money out of these domains, but as these domains were still clean so i put it to other company where i generated some good numbers too where i m waiting to get paid, now i still have 2 months remaining so i was looking for any other parking company account, If i create new parking account for these domains and right in starting if i do 3k-5k dollars in first payout, it might create problem as most of time new accounts go for first payout review process and if account is too new then most of time they hold money until next chargback come, so they will hold the money, but if i get partner who already have running account and have some decent history then we might go for JV and make some extra cash on this dying asset

I would go for affiliate offers according to site topic. Even if it huge number of domains, it would be reasonable to separate them in categories and then approach them separately. If those projects are successful I will keep them, if not transfer it to other new domain, adjust based on experience and move further on.

If you want, we can check your list and see what can be done with domains and if we see that our ideas look the same direction, then we can talk about JV.

Yeah i have done some categorization, most of domains belong to heath, insurance,travel,education etc. most of time i buy domains in high paying niches. some are generic domains, please feel free to contact me over skpe , i will share domain list and we can discuss more

You could run a quick dropship shop on the best domains, run aggressive FB ads on them and make what you put in x2-3.
Sell the store and Social media for max profit when the domain expires.

Thanks for suggestion but it seems its not a good idea as i have less time to finish these sites as quality drop ship shops, apart from this i need to heavily invest in FB ads in order to make some profit.

I am doing traffic arbitrage on few domains, but still looking for better options to make some extra money before they died.

failisted domains won't work in other parking account also , because it has been banned google (in most cases) no 1 advertising for domain parking company , you can still for zero park (direct link) with it

Rishav you miss understand here, i have clearly written above these are not failisted domains, they are clean domains, i am doing domain parking business more than 7+ years so i know this fact that once domains are failisted in parking we cant use it for primary provider until we actually build website and monetise it with adsense, here i do want to share, parking servers and adsense servers are completely different source of ads so eventhough domains are failisted still it can be used with adsense ads (which is primary ads provider and pay highest ) being said this i do want to mention that here adsense is not best choice in my case but if nothing left that case i can go for it , other option is RSS Powered website+ monetize it with any secondory network too...like in few domains i m already running mgid ads Profitably.

I use to buy domains for parking purpose only, so never checked SEO metrics, but if you are interested to know matrics i can provide you list of my domains, you can check yourself and decide if we can work on these domains anyhow
