Let’s Jump To Main topic:-
Step#1: Find how much you have affected or which page have been affected:-
Simply go to analytics and check the stats of 8 march to 15 march.If you seen big drop in traffic that means you are affected.
Now go to your rank tracker tool and find out for which keywords you have lost all ranks.
Find the pages of your site which has been has lost traffic and rank .Now move to next step:-
Step#2:- Disable ads on those page.This is MUST if you want to recover your traffic,
Disbale ads from your page.Never show ads above the fold.Instead of doing all these stuff sell your own products. [You know how to create it.]
Step#3:- Add 1 to 3 authority sites link in these post.
Plus use LSI keywords in h2 tag.[Go to google ,search for your keywords and Check “Search related to section”These are LSI for this tutorial.]
Step#4:- Check the backlinks of these page.
Go to google search console or any other SEO tool ,find any low quality ,directory link,low quality comments backlinks [like you have comments on blogspot blog,],low PBN link,low web 2.0 links etc and disavow them.
Step#5 NoIndex some of your pages:-
NoIndex Tags,Categories,Reply2dotcom,Search ,Archive and Author Page .They are making duplicate content .
To do this go to Yoast setting -----> title and metas.
Select NoIndex.
Step#6: Delete unnecessary and low quality pages and post.
If you have old blog ,I bet you have many dead rubber.
Step#7:Remove all unnecessary links from your homepage.
Make it simple and user friendly.
Your blog should not look like a directory or hub of links.
Step#8 Fetch it google:-
Go to search console and doa fetch it google again so that google can see that you have made some changes.
Step#9 ReSubmit your XML file
incase you have deleted some post and made no index some of your pages/post.
Step#10 Wait for 15 days.
This is not an official time.Just wait for some days to getting this fix.

What to do with PBN’s and Web 2.0 you owns:-
Nothing just make them super PBN”s or super web 2.0s then use them for link building.
Super means add logos,write non profitable article[Article without link to your money site],Add social media links,Write some hq aritcles.Build social signals and second tier links.
Remove all the toxic links from your PBNs.
