Great post - thanks t0mmy. One thing you didn't mention in the main body is having like an about us/contact us page. Just write some rubbish in the about us page, and have your info@ email account in the contact page. That's going to really help add to the legitimacy of the site :)

I'm using these metrics: ≥10 referring domains ≤250 referring domains TF≥10 Trust Ratio > 0.8 Maybe I need to relax them, make trust ratio over 0.5 or something

Because these are the only domains that I am finding atm, unfortunately. I'm using my own script to find them.
