someone shared my page from their scoop.it account, and now every time they bookmark another site, i get an additional link from their profile
im now up to 83 links from scoop.it and the number keeps growing indefinitely, can this present a problem with Penguin and hurt my rankings?
i was made to believe that it is easier to rank in bing, but currently my average position for my website in google is about 25th place and in bing its about 45th place

there are billions of websites on the web, and i can't imagine that getting a manual review is a high probability occurrence.
