I'm getting ready to launch a new site and I'm looking for hosting but I've never gone beyond the shared hosting route, which I'll need to do this time. Are managed vps hosting setups easy to use or is it still going to be overly complicated for someone that has never done it?

It has come to my attention that the number of backlinks a website has, according to semrush, ahrefs, etc... is pretty much crap. At least in the sense of ones that are actually beneficial. One of my sites, for example, has around 70k backlinks from 500 referring domains on semrush and 2.8k...
