Making a copy site as a subdomain?

I'm going to start by saying I don't know if I'm wording it wrong or if there is a technical term for this that I don't know. I had to make an account here just to ask because I have no idea where else to look at this point.

How would you make an identical copy of your own site as a subdomain on someone else's? Same pages, content, images, theme, everything. I've been doing backlink research into some of my competitors and I've now found 3 of them that are somehow doing exactly this. As far as I can tell they don't own the other domains, considering one of them being used is an active attorneys website.

I didn't know if I should post links or not, but if needed I can happily provide more info so someone willing to help can see what I'm talking about on semrush or whatever.

I've been searching everywhere for an answer on this and have come up completely empty.

Well, you will have to hack - or gain access to - their DNS Management or their Webserver. You can't just put anything on someones subdomain
Perhaps you can exploid some security holes and do some cross site scripting as well.

But all of this is definitly not only seo blackhat but classical szene blackhat

That's kind of what I wondered or assumed anyway. I was trying to figure out if there were any "semi-legit" way to do it, instead of jumping right to that though. So how would I go about getting it shut down? Just for example one of the competitor sites is receiving over 1.2 million do follow backlinks from this. All 3 would lose 75-95% of their total backlinks each if this setup was gone. Seems prudent to find a way to level the playing field there.
