Need help with possible domain values

The first domain is mine and I'm just curious more than anything about value, second one is one I'm considering attempting to get.

First one is reefsource. com, it was used before for niche specific purposes briefly. 23 referring domains and about 300 backlinks, all normal niche related except a couple weird ones, but those aren't spammy or bad, just odd. Can't remember how to check but domain is roughly 18 years old, maybe 22. Somewhere around there. Still trying to decide if I'm going to use it or not but because I needed to ask about this other domain I was curious about this one.

Second one I am unfortunately not going to say because it is currently an active site. Name is a .com and 7 letters long, easy to remember and brandable. Info according to semrush: 138 referring domains, 548k backlinks (the vast vast majority from a niche specific forum), authority score now is 19 and says it was 48 under the old formula, currently ranking for 1.3k keywords (5 in the top 3 and 99 in the top 10), Currently getting a little over 500 organic traffic a month, was around 1200 last year but it's been steadily dropping.

I feel like the owner stopped trying. Their social media stopped posting last year as well. They do not sell anything and there are no ads, so no monthly profit to factor in. Think community hub for this niche but not a forum. I'm trying to figure out a rough idea of what to offer for it, however, it isn't the end of the world if I don't get it, it would just work into a pet project of mine.

Any help anyone can give me is greatly appreciated.

check archive dot org for the first scraped date. Some free whois tools also will show first reg date

548k- nice, the ratio of course is skewed but since all from same forum at least relevant and not spammed.

If the registrant just sits on the site, they might sell. Start at something not too low say ~$300.

Ok, looks like the one I already have is 23 years, first record I see on archive . org is from 2000.

Appreciate the advice on the other, if the owner ever responds to me at least I have something to go off of to make an offer.

sorry to hijack thread. i am completely new at valueing domains or what to do but i also have domains i picked up at auction that i was curious on how to value. cavecreekcoffee . com haven't remade cavecreekcoffee yet but it has 2k backlinks 44 referring domains mostly old arizona newspapers and such. maybe rank well local? 24 years old domain used to be a coffee shop. curious as to how to value? got it for $10 bucks on auction. websiteseochecker.com has DA listed at 24.

for kona-coffee-bean .com is second and has a DA of 10 it looks like it was once used to 301 to some edu site though. not sure. any help would be appreciated. this one ive used to build some AI coffee review blog.. .we'll see how it goes.
