On Elance if you cancel a job and take a % of the money upon cancellation can the client still leave bad feedback? In other words you agree to refund 50% and cancel the job. When cancelling it gives you that option, can the client still leave bad feedback or is the job over at this point?

I'm just using this as a general example. Lets say a business repairs cameras, but decides to do seo not for camera repair but just for cameras. So clearly most people who search for the term camera are not really looking for what they are offering. Does this have any negative impact?
