youtube analytics not counting up the views?

i know hundreds of people have seen my video over the past few days and it says the video has 1000s of views on the actual video page and the my channel page but on analytics it shows 19?

any idea how to fix this as i need to show the analytics to a client

nevermind got it to work, thanks a lot, that saved me a lot of money

YouTube are experiencing delays at the moment. They've found the problem though and are almost caught up they say.

i'm aware of that but that's not it. it just flat out stopped counting entirely like 7 days ago...
