Hello,
Due to contractual issues between the cage owner and Equinix, power to our cage was cut, leaving us stranded with no immediate ability to restore service from that location. This situation is entirely outside our control.
We are doing our best to restore all affected services outside the affected cage as quickly as possible. In parallel, we are preparing to relocate racks to another floor, and if this takes too long, we will migrate some servers to another datacenter where we are also arranging additional space as a contingency.
Best Regards,
Martin
Still a chance they were raided then? Over 1 week with no access to a rack is odd. Which rack is it?
Luckily not mine. Have you got backups? You might have to suspect they're not coming back.Rack 209 and 210 mine

doesn't sound too goodWe are unable to get access to those racks right now

Brother, Could be worth checking the datacenter’s status page or opening a support ticket. If it’s a genuine power issue, they should be able to confirm the cause and give you an ETA for recovery.Hi everyone, our servers (4 servers) are currently down - we were told the reason was a "power issue." Is anyone else here experiencing this?
Guys, have you got your servers back yet?
Greetings everyone. Are there any updates from Koddos? I also have a dedicated server with Koddos and haven't received any updates from them yet. I was wondering if any of you have gotten any updates from them?
Thanks for the update, you're only about THREE WEEKS too late. StatusGator isn't so reliable, it's based on user reports and maybe by other info it can scrape off the internet.StatusGator reports that Equinix is currently experiencing a major outage. There are confirmed issues with Equinix Metal - Asia-Pacific - HK - Hong Kong, Equinix Metal - Asia-Pacific - MB - Mumbai, and Equinix Metal - Global Services - Device Provisioning and 28 other components, but all other components are operational.
All 4 servers down sounds wired. Did they give you an ETA?
I've had 4 of 7 servers restored so far and have been told that all will be restored eventually, but it's taken way too long and the damage is probably not fixable.Any status page or announcement directly from Equinix ? Them not announcing such major issue doesn't sound right. I still think there was a raid of the servers.
After my server was instantly taken offline falsely claiming "phishing report" ... 10 days no reply from them, now just hours after I left a negative review on TrustPilot I got my very first reply from Koddos. Saying it is back online. It is NOT online.
At least some people have had their servers recovered, so it's not like the company is completely shut down or ignoring everyone.Koddos just replied to my ticket after more than 10 days, saying they activated the server. They did not, it is still offline. They are just making fun of paying customers at this point.
