Can I use Windows RDP?
Yes — choose Orbit or above, from $7.99/month. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 licensing is included. Linux typically deploys in under a minute; Windows takes a few minutes. Application requirements vary, so tell us what you plan to run if you need help sizing.
Is the bandwidth really unmetered?
There is no per-GB traffic charge. Your port speed is set by your plan, from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps. All services are subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Can I grow or move an existing workload?
Upgrade through your dashboard and pay the difference between plans. Moving from another provider? Send us your current specification and preferred location, and we will help you plan the migration.
How does the seven-day guarantee work?
Eligible first-time VPS purchases qualify for a seven-day money-back guarantee. It applies once per service type per customer, requires AUP-compliant use and excludes repeat purchases of the same product.
Refunds go to your card, cryptocurrency or account credit; cryptocurrency refunds use the refund-day exchange rate, less network fees. Outside the guarantee window, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term without a pro-rata refund, subject to policy exceptions and statutory rights.
