• We made the mass order submission fail even if a single line in the mass order submission has a problem
• We included a specific error message for every line that fails in a mass order submission
• Error messages include: Incorrect format, Service ID is missing, Service ID must be a number, Quantity is missing, Quantity must be a number, Link is missing, Service ID not found, and more...
• We added a note on the page that you cannot order Subscription and Custom Comment services through the mass order page
• A mass order submission that fails refreshes the page, shows you the errors, and remains populated with what you inserted, so that you can easily correct the problems and submit again

• We added a sidebar for easier navigation (you can collapse/expand it whenever you want)
• We redesigned the Dashboard page and added a VIP Status box to it
• You can now see your Balance in the sidebar and in the header (upper-right)
• The Funds Load History tab has been moved from the header to the sidebar
• The Logout button has been places in the header in the upper-right corner

• We merged the Create Ticket page with the main Support page. Now you can see your existing tickets and write a new ticket on the same page
• We added a tip box and an average response times box
• You can collapse/expand the New Ticket and the Tip box, and it will be remembered between refreshes
• If you refresh or navigate away from the page while writing a new ticket, there is a 60 minute draft so when you come back to the support page, what you wrote so far will be restored
• We have styled and reorganized the view existing ticket page, so now it looks much nicer. And we added a Ticket Information box on the right of the page

• We added a Dark/Light mode option so that you can view the site in the mode that's most convenient for your eyes
• The mode you select is remembered, and you will always see the site in that mode, until and unless you change it
• You can change your dark/light mode in the upper-right corner on desktop, and in the header hamburger dropdown menu on mobile
