Reusing the same APK build across multiple accounts is not supported and may create account-integrity, tracking, or operational issues. For clean device-lab organization, use one APK build for one brand-owned account and keep that mapping consistent.

For orders above 300 APK builds, bulk orders, or custom device-lab setups, the final delivery time depends on the total number of APK builds, selected platforms, configuration requirements, and any additional workflow support requested. The exact scope and delivery time are confirmed before payment.

Turnaround Time​

Orders up to 300 APK builds are usually delivered within 1 business day after requirements are confirmed.

Orders above 300 APK builds, mixed-platform bulk orders, and custom device-lab setups may take longer depending on:

• Number of APK builds
• Selected platform(s)
• Configuration requirements
• Batch size
• Testing requirements
• Delivery format

The exact delivery time is always agreed before payment.

Refund Policy​

I offer refunds only under clear and reasonable conditions.

Refunds are available if:

• I cannot deliver the agreed package within the agreed scope and timeframe.
• The delivered files do not match the agreed order requirements and I cannot fix the issue.
• A delivery-side technical problem is confirmed before the files are modified by the buyer.

Refunds are not available if:

• The APK files were modified, rebuilt, patched, resigned, decompiled, repacked, or otherwise changed after delivery.
• The buyer used the files in an unsupported environment.
• The buyer reused the same APK build across multiple accounts.
• The buyer used the files for activity that violates platform rules, BHW rules, or applicable laws.
• The issue is caused by third-party platform changes, device misconfiguration, account quality, proxies, network setup, or buyer-side operational choices.
• The buyer expected a guaranteed platform outcome that was not explicitly included in the agreed scope.

Important note:
APK files are tested before delivery. Because I cannot verify what happens to an APK after it is sent, including whether it was modified, repacked, resigned, reused incorrectly, or used in an unsupported setup, I cannot offer unconditional refunds after delivery.

Free Test Copies​

Free APK test copies are not provided as part of the public sales offer.

All orders are handled according to the packages and pricing listed in this thread.

If BHW Marketplace staff requests a Free Review Copy during the official approval process, it will be handled separately according to the applicable BHW Marketplace/FRC rules.
