managing multiple instagram accounts and avoiding shadowban

im tryin to do affiliate/cpa with instagram but its still not working for me sadly , i explain my method hoping someone could find what im doing wrong and help me

how i work =

#1- i buy old ig accounts 2010/2020 , set them up on gologin/antidetect browser + static proxy
#2 - warm account for few hours to 1d for my specific nich , search for my nich then view/like/follow/comments... , since the account is very old i guess no need for the 7 days warmup
#3- post a reel
#4 - get the ig shadowban 100/1000 views max on reels no matter how much i change tags / video idea / quality

this nich gets other users 100k /1m daily but for me only 100 views , i guess im doing something wrong if anyone can help me
 
Advertise on BHW
The warm up is very important since it allows the account to stay safe on the new IP it logged in from. Just keep that in mind when you are doing automation with instagram.
 
You still need a warm up process. The account has never been used on the proxy before so you need to warm it up

Some accounts could get flagged since you logged in from a new IP, regarding safety, since you are using anti-detect browsers and dedicated proxies you're almosr 100% safe.

However, would still suggest doing the 7 days warmup just in case.

What kind of activity did the account have before you bought it? Was it completely clean and used like a normal user, or had it been flagged or used for spam before? I’d recommend checking the account’s history. As for warm up, I still think you should do a full 7 days. You’re logging in from a totally new setup, possibly in a different country, warming up for just a few hours before posting doesn’t build enough trust. If the previous and current login locations are far apart, a short warm up period is a red flag.
If you’re sure the account is clean and you did a proper warm up, then check your setup. You could try switching to a different antidetect browser like Multilogin or Hidemyacc. For proxies, try using mobile proxies or switch to a different provider. Lastly, timing matters. Sometimes the video just needs more time to reach the right audience in your niche. So stay calm and give it a bit more time.
 
Are you usong mobile proxies for the account?
Was the account created with self registration, or mobile created?

It was created with email or phone number?

Did the account comes profiled?
Are you reprofile it?

i use static residential , , i buy the accounts , created with mail i guess , accounts comes empty

hello bro, i started instagram theme page and i wanna add multiple accounts but i have no idea how to use gologin/antidetect browser + static proxy can you please help me i would appreciate it a lot. Thank you so much.
 
The main issue is that even old accounts still need some kind of warmup when you log in from a new setup (proxy + antidetect). If you go straight into heavy actions like mass follows or comments, it raises flags quickly. Try starting slower with lighter activity and then increase step by step, it usually helps avoid shadowban.

Old accounts + antidetect + static proxies are usually the reason. Even if the accounts are aged, Instagram still detects the environment switch and flags them fast. Once the trust score drops, every reel gets capped to 100–300 views—that’s basically a soft shadowban.
Try switching to clean mobile/residential IPs and I am still alive.
 
where do u buy accounts please ? any trusted platform with good prices and good accounts quality ?
 
Also try diffrent account providers, many account generators trying to cut the cost, and they're start using bad quality proxies and etc. so don''t be scared to overpay for better account

Don't buy accounts, they can carry poor history and any new IP/login can trigger shadow ban. Better create new acc using go login, verify insta account with non voip sms, insert good mobile proxy (not ISP, not Resi) and then age/warm it for at least a week. I run bunch of accs my self using mobile proxies and gologin.

This is not a content issue, it’s your account trust/footprint. Your current setup is triggering reach suppression, which is why you’re capped.
I only know someone that has fix this exact problem before (shadowban/low reach from aged accounts + proxy setups), and there’s a better structure that actually gets reels pushed again
 
I think that even though the account dates back to 2010/2020, the sudden change in IP address, device, and behavior requires a natural warm-up period of at least 3-7 days, instead of just a few hours.
