What Traffic Sources Are Working Best in 2026 (Outside Google)?

I pushed harder into these side channels after my sites kept getting whacked by random updates, and it surprised me how steady the traffic stayed. Pinterest and Reddit send warmer clicks than I expected, especially when I post stuff that solves a tiny problem fast. Short clips work well too, even low effort ones. I just batch them with AI and spread them around so nothing feels like all eggs in one basket.

Google is still my main driver but email list + Pinterest is my backup plan. Own your audience before Google decides to own your rankings
