REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please read this carefully before ordering.

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

Every order is manually reviewed before approval. Once your video and keyword are accepted and the campaign begins, the order is considered active and non-refundable.

If the approved keyword does not reach the Top 10:

• We will provide one replacement campaign for the same order
• Replacement applies to one eligible video
• Replacement is provided only if the original approved campaign fails to reach Top 10
• Only one replacement is available per order

No replacement is available if:

• You use another traffic, views, ranking, or boosting service on the same video during the campaign
• You delete, private, unlist, restrict, or change the video during the campaign
• You change the video title, description, tags, thumbnail, or keyword targeting after the campaign starts
• Rankings fluctuate after the video reaches Top 10

Important: The replacement policy only applies to approved campaigns that fail to reach Top 10. It does not apply after successful delivery.

I have ordered similar service from this seller from his older thread, he does not deliver what is promised. I would be HIGHLY cautious before ordering anything from him. Once you place an order, they will send cheap SMM views to your video and call it a day and then blame something on your end due to which it did not work.
