Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for purchases made within 14 days if a valid reason is provided.

5. Downtime Compensation
- Compensation is twice the amount deducted for downtime caused by PrivateByte’s issues.
- Credits are added to the account balance and can be used for future purchases.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
- Downtime due to customer actions or third-party issues is not eligible.

6. Policy Modifications
- PrivateByte.com may update policies at any time.
- Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
