Looking for an experienced traffic lead to own all social distribution for our AI platform in the adult/NSFW niche.
This is NOT a VA or single-channel operator role. We need someone who can run the full traffic operation.
About us:
AI companion platform with a large existing content library ready to deploy. We need someone to build and manage our entire social traffic strategy.
What you'll do:
- Build distribution strategy across Reddit, Telegram, and X/Twitter
- Decide which platforms, subreddits, channels to hit
- Track performance across all channels (we provide UTM links)
- Report weekly on clicks, signups, cost per acquisition
- We provide content library + budget, you run the show
Requirements:
- 6+ months running traffic for OF creators or adult platforms
- Experience managing Reddit accounts, TG channels, or X accounts at scale
- You know what good looks like — conversion rates, ban management, what actually drives signups
- Bonus: you have a network of operators/VAs you can bring
Budget:
- $500-1,500/mo for you depending on experience + performance bonus
- Separate budget for sub-operators and ad spend
