How to track Bing campaign audience

Hi Guys, how do I track and get clear data of the types of people viewing my Bing ad? I'm running a fitness campaign with very targeted keywords.

However, I need to know who is viewing my ads such as age, gender etc. so that I can retarget and get better conversions. Bing ads doesn't seem to show this data...

OP do you use your own landing page with an affiliate link or do you redirect your visitors to the affiliate offer without having a website / landing page?
