Got a new hosting, Couldn't backup my site..Help please!

First I want to say a very BIG THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to this. I'm really grateful.

OK what I suggest is pointing your Nameservers to the old host and checking if your site is still there.

I followed this method and the sites are back to their original status with its contents. I'm happy I got them back now at least.

Now, I still need to change to a new hosting later this week.

How can I backup the sites now for easy movements? As I don't want to experience that shit again.
2 of the sites are on WordPress and 1 is on static HTML.

Any plugin and software to back them up now? And how will I move it to the new hosting server after I changed the domain server?

Back up via Cpanel, FTP or wordpress plugin.

I've always found wp clone to be good enough for migrating sites and it's simple.

I'd suggest that you hire a guy to move your sites for you as you do not seem to have the technical knowledge to do it yourself and it would only cost you 10.00 or so to get that done IF your new host doesn't migrate them for you for free which 99% of the hosting companies will do for you if you have cpanel.

1) Ask your new host if they will move your new sites for you.
1a) If they say no post in the Hire a Freelancer section here and get someone to do it for you.

Don't let some guy with no history here do that; make sure they have some reputation.

If you have cpanel and the new host is not going to move your sites for you then you may have made a bad choice for your new host in terms of service.

I agree I think it would either be best if you hired someone or just let the host migrate it for you. Most web host offer to do that Free.
