Hey sir, please fix this in the support system, not on skype. Also, we had issues with one of our Instagram Services server, and a Facebook Fanpage likes. Please be patient in those case because we have a lot of work to do on our site to fix that. We apologise for the Delay.

I tried to use your site but no one responds. I simply want the remaining funds returned to my balance to place another order on YOUR site. I've been patient.

We have issues with one of our IG Followers service and its marked as Issues but that's it, there is no issues with any of the other services. Also, our support is replying for more than 15h a day. We have multiple people to reply a day thank you for your understanding :)
 
Terrible service. They take 24 - 48 hours to respond to tickets. When they respond they are very polite and write that they will give refund and then do nothing. Will not give refund when server is not working.

Actually,There is a bug on Remains count.
We know,You haven't got the followers.
But the remains count is showing a wrong digit.
We have to check the order manually and place the remains count.
That's why It is taking time.
It is not a regular problem,very rare.

Thank you for your opinion. Please understand that we had issues with one of our servers, and everybody using it also, you would have the same issues with any panel. We are always waiting for provider to give us the refund before refunding our users. We replied to you everyday, we are active on the ticket system and we understand your issue. We are sorry about this but please understand the issues here. Also, you made full refund on paypal, you got free followers right ? Every other panel will know about it. Thank you
