$100 order that was suppose to be done in 1 day still hasn't been delivered. This was over a week ago. I have asked over 4 times for assistance on ticket & team just keeps making up different excuses. Do you treat all your customers like this?

Your customer service has been horrible. I placed an order over a week ago and was only provided about 1/3 of the followers. I opened a ticket and was told the problem would be fixed. I was more than patient and just want my balance refunded for the rest of the order but it has been another 3 days with no response from you guys. I pmed you yesterday as well. I still just want my balance refunded for the remaining amount but I'm going to have to file a PayPal dispute if you don't help me.
