Isn't the same we use to upload for xvideos? The one for xvideos I have and works ok for 10-15 videos per day. And... Check news.google.com US or CA or whatever. For YT? I did a crap video using these KW: Melania Trump Modeling Cheating Donald and I had 334k views. This is not that hard for popular content.

I know this issue - and if your hosting account - listen to you - they have to give you to upload the system - here the answer i send to 2-3 that send me same issue, and they say that it solved after i send them:

check your main gmail-youtube acount, the youtube account that are not new, also if you get C level, you can make more videos, more usefull engagement, then click there on recheck and most of time your level will go up to B and if you have more then 100 useful videos you can get A level, I have 2 account with Level A.
