Usually if FB bans you from posting in groups you get a message in your ----> settings ---> inbox that tells you how long that will remain in effect.

Sure, you can't just spam message in groups.

1) You need to shake up the message so it is not the same all the time.
2) You need to use different images so it is not the same image all the time.
2a) Even if FB does not stop you from posting, it sends a message to the Admin that the message appears to be spam.
3) You need to interact in the group without dropping your link in between messages.
3a) Interaction is responding on posts, liking them and sharing them.
4) You can't post a ton of messages in a short time so you need to spread them out.

That is the basics and the number of posts you can make to market varies based on the actual account you are using as well.

Ah, my bad... I was under the impression it was posting in groups themselves.

Ignore my faux pas there but the rest of what is shared will help you a ton.

Do consider posting in groups as well as that way you reach more than one person at a time.

I do post on groups...the thing people read and respond to messages more... I have tested it both. Thanks a lot though for sharing these tips.

Quick update guys: I have been unblocked on FB.

So did it just disappear? How long was the ban?
