If I buy your gmail pva accounts can I log into all of them from my home pc or will they get banned.

You won't get banned, if anything there will be a roadblock asking to confirm your recovery email or phone number used to create the account.

also depends on how many accs are we talking here about, for bigger projects/scaling up proxies are mandatory and you won't do anything good with your single home IP

Try to open our website in incognito mode and continue with registration, if that helps just clear browser's history/cache of our website and next time everything should work in normal mode

Your proxy should be fresh/not flagged - this is what matters the most. GEO of IP is not that important.
