Hi,

I used to use SEO indexing services in the past and now that I'm back doing IM again I find that my ranks go up even though I'm not using indexing services.

Is indexing a waste of time? It appears Google gets around to finding everything in a week or so anyhow.

I'm considering GSA SEO Indexer since its a one time pay but any tips or adivce would be helpful.

Thanks BHW

Yeah I see results almost immediately without indexing on some of my sites. Let it be. :)

IMO indexing services have always been a waste. Building a tier 2 will get your links indexed. Anything that doesn't require a tier 2 is strong enough to get indexed on its own.

I posted the (Mod Edit: URL contained affiliate links) here on this. It shows that GSA SEO indexer is a total waste of time and that building a tier for indexing has massively dropped in efficiency recently. One of the indexing services used in the case study was able to get over 90% of links indexed.

First, let me say I appreciate you conducting a case study on this topic and sharing it with us. But, based on my own personal experience, I have to partially disagree with you on the idea of tier 2 not indexing. Your case study states that Express Indexer is the most effective method of indexing with an indexing tier being second. That's the reason I'm in PARTIAL disagreement. I can not speak to EI's performance because I've never used it. But what I CAN tell you is that a fleshed out indexing tier WILL work. It just may not be as simple as you expect. My tier 2 usually consists of GSA blasts, Social Bookmarking, PUBLIC Blog Networks, and social signals. Through this method I've never failed to index a tier 1 link (except for Evernote, which I found won't index under any circumstances).

Nice, are the public blog networks from a service on here? The indexing tier in the case study was more towards stuff mentioned on the GSA Forum and was only meant to have SER links in it, basically a few month back it was getting really good indexing rates.

I have a new one planned with similar to what you are saying, I have a source of social signals, social books marks and SER but not public bookmarks, rather than using them all togeather I want to try and use individual batches on them to see if any single element has the best indexing rate or if it is all working togeather.

Yes, I use Lover's PBN service here on BHW. I'm not yet convinced its safe for a money site, but I've been getting good results using it as a tier 2.

I remember that name from some stuff I tried in the past, I will give it a try, cheers mate :).

I know I am being lazy but I don't suppose you have the link bookmarked or something?

Not a waste of time, if the link is not indexed its useless.

Yes, it is a waste of time.
Quality links usually get indexed within some days.
Moreover, better to try Tier- 2 link building rather indexers.

Today you can easily get indexed, if you aren't, then something is wrong with you code/content. Either way link indexing services is not required to get indexed, even on a brand new domain.

I use gsa ser and submit to google cache ;)
does the trick..

IMO it is worth to put your effort.
There are many sites and article takes more than 2 weeks to get indexed. If you are looking to get ranking fast You have to get indexed soon.

Exactly :). I haven't managed to find any super quick indexing services since they were patched out in the middle of 2015 but indexing is still important.

Isnt this the same as running a GSA campaign on social sites and blogs?
