For single campaign, I will boost up the video for once only, for the monthly plan I will drip feed the links throughout the month. Also, for single campaign you can promote only 1 video, but in monthly plan you can select upto 3 videos from same niche. Monthly plan is better if the competition is higher.

Competition is med/high. I have 3 keywords to rank. I have 3 different videos that all 3 keywords could work well for. Do you suggest focusing on 3 different videos using all 3 keywords on each video OR focusing on ranking only 1 keyword on each video?

I recommend you to promote all 3 videos for their associated keywords, no problem if each video has 3 different keywords. As long as they are from same niche, you can use one subscription to cover all 3 videos.
