If you can't get PP to work, i think you should lower your BTC to match, because the conversion rate to BTC right now is horrible. Otherwise, please use direct payment via email. Other sellers are already doing this to overcome the issues of PP restriction (which idk what is PP doing right now to all the account sellers).

conversion rate of BTC is based on its real time value and btc is steadily rising for some time already. anyway you shouldn't pay more than with PP checkout.
