copy web site not clon

I want a complete copy of a certain WordPress site.
I want all of the files that make this one particular site work. There are pieces of this wordpress site that have special API that communicate with another site and integrate into a shopping cart system.
What matters most is that API integration and the recon on what kind of shopping cart, plugins, etc are being used.
If at the end of the day, I might be able to load up the same plugins, api tweaks, etc that are on this site, and change the according fields to accommodate my needs, then mission accomplished. I will make my own site based off this.
I know what I paid to have this custom implemented in my own commercial shopping cart site, this is a plain copy/recon operation so I know what this is worth, but still, let's work something out.. I will paypal, skrill, write a check.. whatever .. I need it fast and I assume you want to get paid fast as well.

with httrack link, Guys did you even read what OP asked for ? he needs a dynamic website which is done in Wordpress and he wants to find which plugins are been used etc

Httrack only rips the pages which are rendered in html it won't rip the php files of theme and won't get you plugin functionality please dont waste other peoples time
