Hi, I am having problems with the plugin. I sent a ticket in on Monday or Fri no response yet. I sent about 50k readers to the site and didn't get any likes. Hi, there are no tickets that have not been replied to. I can't take a look at your ticket as I don't know which one is yours. When you open a ticket you are able to add your BHW username to it but I can't find any tickets with your forum username associated with them. As we've always said, we are unable to provide support on this thread. If you PM me with your ticket ID then I can look into the specifics of your ticket.

But without even knowing your ticket ID then I can't comment on the details of it.

We don't offer unlimited site license of our plugins as people tend to share them with others as they think it's cool and improves their online rep, when in reality, all it really does is prevent my company from being able to grow as its lost revenue. If you PM me then we can work out a license to suit your needs but it won't be an unlimited site license.

Ok, now I can identify your tickets. You opened 2 tickets.

Ticket 1) Opened on 23rd November and answered within a couple of hours. After checking your setup, it was found that the plugin was working correctly and the ticket was marked as satisfied by the system as you didn't reply back to it after 48 hours.

Ticket 2) Opened on the 26th November and answered within 24 hours (which is a usual weekend response time). This second ticket was opened in relation to the Like Jacker installed on the same site that I checked previously where it was found to be working correctly. This 2nd ticket reported that the Like Jacker wasn't working on your site and you had deactivated it. I replied to your ticket to ask you to fill in the Jackers settings with the same information that you had been using but you didn't reply back to that ticket after 48 hours so it was marked as satisfied by our system.

I have detailed your tickets here because on your post on the thread you stated that you send a ticket Mon or Fri and had no response. That made it sound that you had created a ticket on either Friday 25th November or Monday 28th November and we had not replied to you. As it stands, that isn't the case and I wanted to clear things up for the benefit of others reading this ticket who may use the information in your post to base their decision on whether to purchase the Like Jacker or not.

I will reopen your second ticket and take a look at the settings for you. Please ensure that you reply to the ticket within 48 hours otherwise our system will mark it as satisfied.

What is your definition of 'major results'? There are many variables involved with Like Jacking and the results you can achieve, and it does come down to how you use the plugin. Some people have been using it for a number of years without any issues and have quietly grown their FB pages using the Like Jacker. Others may tell you that their results didn't reach the same heights but when you look into the details of how they used the plugin you can see what they did differently from those who achieved excellent long-term results.
