jacker don't work again on my site, I use iconic-one wp theme, maybe theme makes problem??? or bit.ly, does plugin work if my links are shorten by bitly and than posted on my fb page???

Hi, without knowing anything else about your site other than what theme you're using it's impossible to tell what the cause is but that's why we have a support desk and provide the link to it in your welcome email and the user guide for the plugin. We're unable to provide support via this thread.

I guess it is very easy to post on a thread about something without the need to provide any details at all. The Like Jacker has ALWAYS worked, and if it didn't, then we wouldn't be selling it. IF you are experiencing an issue with the plugin, then the Support Desk is the place to get help from as we can't use this thread to provide support.
The plugin has had a spate of updates recently that saw many improvements and new features added to it.
As I said, it is very easy to make a post and not have to provide any actual details to back things up or give a clear picture. At the same time, we can't address an issue via the thread simply due to customer privacy reasons.
If you would like to PM me and let me know the details of any ticket that you have opened in the past, I'd be happy to look into the specifics of your issue. Once I have done that I'll be able to post a reply here that would provide the details of the issue that your post left out in their entirety.

I see that you have opened a ticket at the desk today with the exact same lack of information. However, what I do know now is that you purchased the plugin in May 2016 and since that time there have been at least 6 updates to the plugin. I also checked the support desk for other tickets from you (by matching your email address and name) and I found two tickets that you opened (using different email addresses). Each ticket was answered by us with our standard request for your license key which we need before we can provide a customer with support. Unfortunately, you never replied to those tickets at all.
The desk is the only channel that we use to provide support and the link to the support desk is in the welcome email you received when you purchased the plugin as well as being in the user guide of the plugin.
Hi, I will look in that for you. During the weekend it can take 24 hours for your ticket to be replied to which is stated on the home page of our support desk.
