I used this 3 months so far. But i strongly recommend buyproxies. org , the prices are not the best, but they have a fast service and delivery and there dedicated proxies are fast.
But fore instagram purposes i use semi-dedicated proxies and i think its enough for creating instagram accounts and manage them.

The instagram accounts OP provides are indeed 6 months old and they're quite reliable. I'd suggest keeping the actions slow for the first week to avoid getting them banned. Prices are very cheap and affordable and I definitely recommend purchasing from this site. I've been a customer for a couple months now and the support has been great and service is also fantastic.
