I know him from another Forum.
User was a pleasure to deal with, once we started talking he gave me access to the account during that same conversation. Account was everything i expect, it was running a White Hat Ad, already and it just took a couple days for me to wait and start running my stuff. During all this time, PremiumAds explained to me how to work the payment method, how to use adespresso and spent hours just making sure I got everything right. When the time came to run my ads, they ran just as expected, it's been 2 weeks now and there is no fear of a ban. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to run fb ads to try out his services. I know me and my buds will be using him for a while

There are a ton of reasons; people not wanting to have their personal account banned, people who have gotten their personal account banned and can't unban it because fb customer support is a piece of shit.
People who run volume and need multiple accounts, and people not wanting to link what they run with their accounts, etc.
There is a reason why there is such a necessity and I only provide a solution to it
