All the people saying you can't is because they are broke noobs that haven't been able to get that amount of money in their lives.
It's gonna be hard as fuck, but it's doable. What happens is that 99% of people lose motivation to work anything if they don't see immediate results.
To raise this amount of money you won't "maybe dedicate an hour or two a day" You'll have to be busting your ass 10-15 hours every day to learn, see what works and make more of it.
The biggest problem is that your first goal of 15k in 4 months is too ambitious, you'll make 10 cents the first day and lose motivation.
You need to first have realistic goals, make your first $1, then work to make $10, then work to make $100 and so on, if you make $200 per day you'll easily reach your goal.
Prepare to not sleep and barely eat for the next couple of months if you want to achieve this.
Asking people for a magical way won't work as 99% of members in this forum don't know it, and the 1% sure as hell won't share it.

I have seen some good things come from IG if you do it right. But going from $0 to $15,000 that quick is a bit difficult but not impossible. I made that much doing a type of "service bartering", "service brokering" and concierge type stuff, without the suit and tie though. If you have skills let me know what type and maybe you can make money that way. Other ways is if you do some type of consulting on "wanted" items, be the person to find what others want, figure out the price for said item, add a little bit to it for yourself and have them send the money, you get the money, ship it to the buyer, keep what you earned. I do quite a lot and there are some that bring me a number of clients that can make that much within that time frame or less and they do nothing more than search the net, put posts and send me the prospective clients information.
Many things you can do, just because you are online, don't think you have to only deal with things like IG and stuff like that. If you want to work online, find people that work offline that either have something to sell, want something to buy or have a service to provide.

It took me a year before I hit my first $100 in a day. It's possible to fast track your learning and results but you need to be constantly trying new things, new angle, and you need a bit of luck. Also, you 100% need some start up cash/investment if you want to reach such high results

You can do it bro. It's not about what people here saying it's about you. You can make tons of money, but you need to want this harder, and work even harder for your dreams. Everyone will tell you that this is impossible, parents, friends, well not, it's not impossible, nothing it's impossible if you work hard. Maybe in the first month you will be disappointed, and you will think: "oh that stranger from blackhat, son of b.tch, i trusted him and i failed" but in the next months, maybe 2-3 if you will not descourage yourself by failures you will find the succes.
Now create a post on "Internet Marketing Journeys" and start working on your dreams, i hope you will become a succesfull person in the next months.

The goal that you have is not impossible for a newbie, but highly unlikely so prepare yourself for the highly probable situation of you not making that much. Hitting just 10% of that or $1500 would still be very good, especially if using long term methods like growing social media and blogging.

Doesn't seem like a dream, it's entirely possible it just depends on the individual and how motivated he is to do it. He could earn $200 in a month by doing everything manually then learn to automate and scale and earn 5k the next month. Just needs to pick something and stick with it
