Why Do Facebook Ad Accounts Cost So Much?

Hi BHW,

I'm thinking of getting into Facebook ads and was wondering why Facebook ad accounts go for hundreds of dollars. It doesn't seem that hard to farm Facebook ad accounts, so I'm rather confused.

Can someone shed some light on this for me?

I wouldn't say it's easy if you haven't gotten into Facebook ads yet. Unless you use your real personal account with a real credit card. Otherwise, those who sell accounts most likely "farm" or "create fake credentials" under dozens of accounts and furthermore tries to sell them anywhere to make profit. They have a high cost to their names because they probably need to buy a residential IP or a very great proxy AND a legit bank card or a verified PayPal. Not to mention, residential IP's are probably the most expensive. They could cost thousands per month depending on the area.

Not for just one account, though, as I said they need to have those for every account they decide to farm. Verifying a PayPal under a fake name costs hundreds, you need a fake photo ID, fake SSN card, fake proof of address which adds up to be over $200. And getting a real debit or credit card from a bank especially under a fake name is illegal and could cost hundreds as well. I wouldn't recommend doing that, otherwise, if you do, you could buy from a seller here that does that for people that would like to verify documents and other stuff.

That's basically it. Hopefully, I explained everything. If not, anybody feel free to expand if you'd like.

Mostly, what @Awavekid said.

Also, you should see how much some people earn daily with those ads, I used to make $100-300 daily before my account got banned.

Those who earn way more probably recover the money they invest in those fb ads accs in hours.

Because the people using the accounts run campaigns that make 1k+/day and have money to pay $500 for 1 account when they will make it back within hours.

Thanks for the lengthy reply! A couple thoughts:

1. I thought there was a reseller on BHW that sold residential IP's? I don't remember them being that much, either.

2. So there's no way to farm accounts without it being illegal? Can someone clarify how sellers are allowed to sell ad accounts then?

So if they can sell facebook ad accounts up to 1k$ then it would be hard to get accepted from fb too?

FB ads accounts depend on your location. if your run ads on premium country then obviously they much costly.

Play by Facebooks rules and don't promote crap and you only need 1 account that will make you good money.

You can easily make 10-20x the cost of the account if you know what you're doing.
You can try farming accounts (which implies giving them daily activity for them to even have a chance at working) for months only for them to get banned in seconds after trying to run an ad.
People with money don't have all that time to waste.
Some sellers such as myself sell accounts that are real with real payment methods (no proxies and vccs bullshit), those things don't come cheap and you need to know a lot of people to pull it off.
I would even argue the accounts aren't expensive enough. A couple of years ago they were way easier to get and would cost thousands each.

so if i use my personal account for my personal page, nothing wrong will happen and i can keep using it on the long term right?

If it's not that hard to farm then farm them yourself, million dollar bussiness right here mate

so, you buy a Facebook ad account, then you order an ad with an extreme budget which the account cant really pay ?

1. They're sellers here that sell residential IP's. They cost around $500 and more per each IP.

2. Not really. Not using your real name on Facebook is against the TOS and having more than one account is also against their TOS. They're allowed to sell ad accounts here because apparently, it's not against the BHW rules, there's a strong demand for them because a lot of people don't have access to a working ad account which they'd like to advertise their website or whatever.

You can try. However, I did that same thing and my personal account was banned months later due to changing a payment method since I lost my card and had to add my new one. They're that strict and you can get literally get banned at anytime even if you're being legit. That's also why there's people selling ad accounts because this type of stuff happens and it's quite hard to get another ad account.

Not true. You can follow all the rules and still get your account blocked and it happens a lot. All you need is enough people voting down one ad and your account is blocked. Even though the ad follows all the rules and is for selling a legitimate product. There was a period of time earlier this year when really large numbers of of Amazon sellers who had been running ads for years had their acounts blocked and they had no idea why. No matter what you do, your account could be blocked and it probably will eventually no matter what.

Are there any additional benefits for running ads with premium country facebook Accounts than third world country accounts. Getting third world country facebook accounts are really easy for me, I can supply those really cheap, The ads will show worldwide so i dont understand why people pay 1k + for facebook ads accounts

Facebook ad accounts are one of those weird things. A facebook account is easy to make. You can buy them farmed and aged for a year for $2 with 200 friends, etc.

But facebook *ad* accounts that actually work and will scale spend seem pretty hard to make reliably. They cost anywhere from $800 to $1500+ or typical JV's for 25% to 45%.
You will need real credit cards, not vcc's or virtual cards. (If you do need a vcc for another purpose, cheapvcc.com is good).

And you need quality ip addresses. Residential providers are out there, but not many. And they are pricey. Affiliatestealth.com is a popular one. Good product. Resvpn is another, but you only get one ip and it's sequential, and iaps is another, but they fake their datacenter ip's to look residential. Also luminati, but it's pricey and they mix datacenter ip's in.
