How to transfer Bitcoin to someone else?

I'm using coinbase I only have 3 bitcoins but how do I transfer that to someone else's Bitcoin account?

You'll need his bitcoin address to be able to make a transfer

A better option than Coinbase would be Bitcoin core. It's a desktop program that doesn't use third-parties like Coinbase. There it's fairly easy to send and receive payments. I personally use it.

No, you can't.

They're the base application for Bitcoin. So yeah... pretty reliable.
