Long story short. I own a fleek of about 4 websites now, all making decent income. I bought them off super sellers on flippa, but I decided it was time I take action. I wanted to build my own website, for the first time...

I finally finished my niche site, and whatdoya know, it was ranking on the third page of google (low comp keyword), in a few months... i recently went on Fiverr to pick up 5 - 6 different social bookmarking and backlink packages... and my site has dropped to the fourth page... in the gigs I bought, it says that the links take time to index. but I think my site has been penalized someway or somehow. it doesn't seem natural that it drops like that in a matter of a few days. does this make any sense or could it just be a coincidence? is Fiverr bad for SEO?

I never trust Fiverr with SEO. Total crap they sell there, and really not worth the money at all. Just stay away,
 
Rule #1 of SEO: DON'T BUY LINKS FROM FIVERR.

BHW needs to make a sticky thread with just that 1 rule in it.

I'm full of shit? Your the idiot trying to prove a point, stalking through peoples profiles because you have nothing better to do! And you clearly don't have the capacity to put all of those threads together, because if you did have any common sense, you would realize that ALL OF THOSE THREADS CORRESPOND! Nothing I have said is "full of shit".

This idiot crashed my other post as well. I really love this forum, it's full of great information, but people really need to take out the trash because dumbasses like this are what tarnish forums and provide no real value whatsoever.

Fiverr has some quality products, but it's 1 in 100. You have to do some looking around on the Top Seller pages, and check out the negative reviews. Sadly, in my case, it looks like I got a batch of shit links, and my site is suffering :(

If that is harsh and you think I am a wanker then you would be correct but the sooner you settle down and stop the bullshit the sooner people will be willing to help you.
 
Yes total crap they sell there, I never trust odesk with seo Just stay away, and really not worth the money at all.
 
Yes, Fiverr SEO Gigs are really Worst. You can use that for Tire3 Link Building.
 
Well shit guys... Now I guess the real question is... If one gig on Fiverr is bad, then how much damage can 5 link building gigs do. I blew around $60 on em with gig extraso_O
 
Fiverr for tier 3..... The links are shyty. But i use them as tier 3. The links last even dont last.
