Have you tried running ads for your onl courses yet? if you want to drive traffic to it please the target audience and the region width up again. it will help people to know more of your course.Hello friends,
Lately I'm posting in groups and are giving a lot of work and getting a few visits.
(Most often the group administrators, exclude my post)
What better way to get traffic on facebook?
Hello rubystar77,
My audience is people interested in learning online courses.
For example: Makeup, Progamming, Weight Loss, Marketing, Business e etc;
So it's a very broad audience.
Do you have any idea?
If I was pushing a broad website offering online courses to people I wouldn't be treating it as a broad audience. You are talking about millions upon millions of people who could be interested in any of the courses you offer on the website/page which makes things pretty difficult when it comes to targeting as some courses they will like some they will not.
The best approach would be to target a specific course through Facebook ad's and drill down the audience until you have the highest converting.
For example lets say you post a course about "Dog Training"
You are not going to want to target a broad audience for this you are simply going to want to target people who own or love dogs, with a high income and lots of free time to train using the course.
This can be achieved either by sending them directly to a landing page or setting up a Facebook page specific to this niche then getting likes from targeted people.
So if you have say 20 online courses on your website in different niches you can create 20 Facebook fan pages in each niche to drive targeted traffic separately. They don't even need to be branded they can just post a new course from time to time. Doing this it's also easier to gauge how well different niches are performing for you. Also if a course expires you can replace it quickly by making specific landing pages on your domain.
Just remember its not always about the number of traffic you can send it's about the number of people who actually would be interested.
It is a good option but at the moment I'm out of money to advertise.Have you tried running ads for your onl courses yet? if you want to drive traffic to it please the target audience and the region width up again. it will help people to know more of your course.
In my opinions, you must study customer habits, customer preferences, and then you run some ads must be based on something that you inference.

A broad audience is never going to be a good idea. It's like having a shop packed full of bits of everything and hoping the right person comes in for exactly what you have. You should have a shop full of one type of product range then everyone coming in can find what they want. It's the same for web audience. Target everyone differently and maybe just stick to one until you master it. Using the Makeup idea you should have things like Makeup for weddings, Makeup for oily skin, Makeup for teens, Makeup for holidays etc etc. Throwing everything out there to a "broad" audience will never work.Hello rubystar77,
