my post reach on top hashtags on a hashtag it has 2m post. but still i dont get any followers. and some other hashtags also on top. but no use. still that hashtag methode helping to gain followers?

It can help just a little bit, but I have stated it before. Reaching toptags is overrated.

2M posts is a small hashtag, there are 1000s of tags in this size! I'm daily hitting the top of 2-50M posts hashtags on about 20-25 hashtags, and I see no additional likes or followers coming from from them. Probably you need to be exposed on the top of 100M+ tags for an extended amount of time to see anything coming, like hit the top of #travel for several hours.

i target only niche specified hashtags only

So do I, and unless you are in some weird niche, there are still more 2M and bigger hashtags than you can count. Unless you e.g. specialize in a specific location like Rome and don't consider travel etc to be niche specific. It is not worth it, and you have proven this yourself in your OP statement.

just now i reached 23m hashtag top. still no followers

I also have made several trials on this topics, and I have found it quite useless. In my opinion it is much better to involve other users to conversate with your topics, this should make your posts raising up (and consequently getting much exposure). Hope this helps :)

It depends on whether your hashtags are niche specific and also on your content. Hitting top hashtags can help but it's partially overrated like someone mentioned before.

As said I'm daily hitting the top of 50M niche specific hashtags and it doesn't bring me anything. I'm unable to hit anything in the 100M+ range, so I can't say if things will change there.

It's kinda like asking "Is it worth being rich?". By reaching top hashtags (Not the general hashtags that every spam account uses, e.g #love #instapic etc. but hashtags specific to your niche) You gain free exposure for your images, which will always result in more followers/likes. How much it helps depends on the specific post and the niche of course.

you dont say. this is the most interesting game hands down.

Rofl, growing 40k a month and hitting 50M tags daily and you tell me don't know how to use it? Lol, you're a joke.

People who KNOW this game, will tell you the same.

40k a month what? dollars? lol.
i am talking dollars, and you are talking what now? followers?
stupid is as stupid does.
dig a monkey hole, and dont ever come out to embarrass yourself!

Haha, go back opening moronic topics sir. Did you read the reports from other people in this topic about the results? Reading is difficult ha?

ktxbye.

Never got much of a boost of followers either from hitting the top of a specific hashtag

Some person I helped out gained 2k followers after helping him get a viral post out.

I got around 1k+ for getting into the Top Posts of some hashtags that have less than 1 million posts! I guess it depends on your niche, account itself and the quality of your photos.

You got 1k+ followers from reaching a top hashtag with less than 1M posts? Or am I misreading your post? How would you even be able to determine that they came from reaching the top of that hashtag, you only used that tag? Couldn't you have been on the explore page at the same time and that was what gave you the traffic?
