How to make my first sale ?

I have started a new website , which sells resume templates. But i have got no luck until now. I will breakdown of what all i have done as of now.

1. Made a simple website in wordpress which sells resume templates
2. Made few resume templates ( all are original designs)
3. I don't have any organic traffic
4. Made few ad campaigns in google, facebook ( But still no sales)
5. Ordered a google search traffic from fiver.( But still no sales)

What would be the best sugession to make my first sale. Anyone who can review the site , will be great.

Should i wait for the sales , or just flippa it ?

I think you didn't run ad campaigns to right audience.
Donot buy traffic from fiverr 99% of sellers are selling fake traffic.

What sort of research did you do into finding out if anyone is actually searching and buying resume templates. I have no idea but do people pay for these when there are so many online anyway. You need to really go into the research side first as there may be no audience to sell to. What research did you do?

I made a facebook campaign, targeting people who were searching for resume templates. But that did not work. Then i made another campaign to sell a photographer resume template, to photography people. That too did not work at all

It might be that people just dont want to pay for them. I would suggest getting someone here to do keyword research etc (if you aren't sure how to do it yourself) and find out if this a profitable idea. Getting all the SEO info might tell you whether its worth continuing with the idea or not. Without doing the research first you will never know.

Yes i do know that. I do have the patience. but my query is, will this be a worry one !

FYI : I sold my old website which i build for more than a year !

I would get someone here to do it. There are plenty of expert people here who can tell you if there is a market for what you are selling. Better to know that before you put any more energy into it.

I think it comes down to what you are selling. I personally wouldn't buy a resume template esp when there are a lot of templates available online for free or I can do one myself.

I think you should have to start by providing free services in first few months.
Then, you can start selling your services. Try the social media sites to promote your sites easily and effectively.
