Back online now.

I like to make a suggestion, since the connection to the server is only to verified the subscription status ( the app still runs if is open and the server is down ) , why you dont add a viable to the app that let it run until the expired date or it lets the app run if the server is down for 7 days in case you server is down. My point is that your serve up-time is affecting your customers and if you dont do any thing about they will look for alternatives.

+1 Good idea - Please consider this OP. It would put a lot less strain on your server and would help eliminate this repeated downtime for your customers.

+2 What is the longest time server has been down recently? Make that the grace period to re-verify.

It's the longest period in 6 months for sure. A 96h grace period will be fine I think. We're actually searching for a decent alternative to TSupremacy.
If things don't change, it's inevitable.

These continuous problems have already prompted me to make my own server based script - I'm just using TS until that's done.

TS is pretty good, when it's up - although not all of the features have worked 100%. But we need 100% uptime and support.

I see that the server is still down, I have only had access for a few hours yesterday when I tried again last night. This makes it more than 3 solid days of downtime that I have seen.

Since this is my first 2 weeks of testing this program, it really doesn't sit well. Mixed with the glitchy non-saving of profiles and data I was hoping for so much more.

Hope everything gets back to normal, because it can work fairly well when its up.

There is a few issues with my hoster/datacentre recently. I will work redundancy into the next update.

Should be back online now.

I been using it for over a year and this is the first time I had it go down for more then a few hours, hopefully it will go back to normal

The only problem for me right now is it can't save when I add a new schedule. So its not running my new setups. I hope the data center problems get fixed soon.

After a long time of running fine, this is the first real hiccup, so no worries.

when I create a schedule to follow from a list (50 000 ), it doesn't have an option to follow 10 "each time it runs", so it tried to follow 1000users in "one go" and my account reached it's limit. this will raise a red flag if it keeps happening, what kind of human can follow 1000 users in 1h ?!!!!
there is a scrollbar in the bottom of it (you really need to put tooltips on everything or write a good documentation,we can't guess),if this is the one,how do i tell it to follow 10. it starts from 1 and when I move it 1 millimeter it goes to 87 which is not good.
how do i tell it to follow 10 amount from this list.
please tell me this is important.

I have been using TS for around 18 months and there has never been any real problems to be honest.

A little bit of down time is cool with me   .. TS is still a Good piece of kit

Very simple:
- Select an account (or more) and hit "Schedule"/"Create"/"Follow"
- Check "Every" and set to 60 to 60 minutes
- Hit "List" and load your file
- When your list is fully loaded select "Order" or " Random" and check "Save Remaining"
- Set the scrollbar to 1 and adjust it to "10" (10 x accounts number if you choose to split list with several account) with your keyboard arrows
- "Submit" and named it :)

ok credit where it's due. I've managed to get this software working and it's working for what I need it for. tried a bunch of bots b4 this one and all of them had sequencing issues. this one stays on track with how I create my tweets lists.

only problem i'm having is setting up retweets. trying to set up 10 ac/s to retweet from a list of 3 ac's, but nothings going thru and not sure what I've done wrong.

Down again... I hope gtothem grant a TSupremacy licence extension in compensation.
