they were really good about the refund for me, couldn't get the thing to work, uploaded proxies, got all logged in, wouldn't show any results...all I got was an "email support" advice. A trouble shooting page would've been great.

After seeing some of the recent problems listed here I would like a trial before I purchase the annual subscription. I don't want to go through the hassle of asking for a refund, just want to make sure it works on my machine as advertised and, if so, will subscribe annually.

Tested it and I can see that it will be useful as an additional keyword research tool, but I would not consider it the only one to use. Tried to buy annual subscription, PayPal set it up but ZVZoo not processing order properly. When ZVZ gets its act together will subscribe annually.
